“Full marks,” “Win first place” is that the only affirmation of self-worth for students? On the spot teaching, we found that kids and parents always stuck in the myth of academic performance to judge the potential and performance of students, ignoring their interests and aptitudes exploring opportunities. Through the course implementation of “a model of learning, self-exploration”, students learn to read biographies, turn the role models of success abstract qualities into concrete plans and dreams to practice, led students learning model, and review the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation by “fourth-grade students of self-worth scale.” Through quantitative analysis and learning process feedback, fourth grade students can indeed develop concrete plans in the course of practice, learn the characteristics of a successful model, and certainly self-worth. |
