典範學習對國小四年級學童自我價值提升之行動研究

An Action Research on the Model Learning of Improve Self-worth for Fourth Grade Students

「100分」、「考第一」是學童自我價值肯定的唯一認證嗎？在教學現場，我們發現學童與家長陷入以學業表現來評斷學童潛能與表現的迷思，忽略了興趣與性向探索機會，我們期望透過實施「典範學習，探索自我」主題課程，以人物傳記閱讀為媒介，指導學童在人物傳記閱讀中，將典範人物抽象的成功特質，轉化為具體的夢想計畫並加以實踐，帶領學童進行楷模學習，並以自編的「國小四年級學童自我價值量表」檢視課程實施前後之成效。透過量化分析與學習歷程回饋發現，良好的友伴關係與任務工作的成功經驗有助於提升學童自我價值，國小四年級學童確實能藉由前進夢想計畫之擬訂與實踐學習成功典範特質，肯定自我價值。

“Full marks,” “Win first place” is that the only affirmation of self-worth for students? On the spot teaching, we found that kids and parents always stuck in the myth of academic performance to judge the potential and performance of students, ignoring their interests and aptitudes exploring opportunities. Through the course implementation of “a model of learning, self-exploration”, students learn to read biographies, turn the role models of success abstract qualities into concrete plans and dreams to practice, led students learning model, and review the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation by “fourth-grade students of self-worth scale.” Through quantitative analysis and learning process feedback, fourth grade students can indeed develop concrete plans in the course of practice, learn the characteristics of a successful model, and certainly self-worth.
