The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and the curriculum and instruction needs for in-service training of Elementary and Junior High School teachers in Hsinchu County. With the method of Difference Analysis, the study explored the curriculum and instruction needs of in-service training and gave suggestions for the educational administrations of Hsinchu County to plan future in-service training activities. An online questionnaire survey was used as a research method to ask all the in-service Elementary and Junior High School teachers in Hsinchu County, and 3351 valid questionnaires were collected. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-squared test, Product-moment correlation and Point-biserial correlation analysis. According to the data, findings were made and suggestions were proposed for the educational administrations of Hsinchu County to plan future in-service training activities. |
