新竹縣國中小教師在課程教學研習之現況與增能需求調查研究

The Research of the current situation and the curriculum and instruction needs for in-service training of Elementary and Junior High School teachers in Hsinchu County

本研究旨在了解新竹縣教師在課程教學研習上的現況與需求情形，透過各種不同教師背景變項與教師在職進修相關向度的差異探討，掌握新竹縣教師在專業增能的需求面向，作為本縣教師專業成長研習政策推動之建議與領域教學增能研習課程規畫之參考。本研究採問卷調查法，以線上問卷普查的方式，以新竹縣國中小全體正式教師為研究對象，共計國小88所學校、2124位教師，國中30所學校、1233位教師，有效問卷計有3351份。調查結果以平均數、標準差、百分比、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定、積差相關和點二系列相關等統計方法，進行資料統計與分析。經研究結果與討論後，條列本研究之結論與建議：
一、新竹縣國小教師碩士學歷比例低於全國教師之百分比，建議教育行政單位積極鼓勵國小教師參加與學校教學相關之學位在職進修。
二、非專長教師研習需求與專長教師有別，應加強非專長教師研習課程內容規劃。
三、每年參與校外研習時數19至42小時在各種學校條件間沒有顯著差異存在。此數字可否作為規範教師每年參與研習之時數，值得後續的研究深入探討。
四、國中小20-29歲教師研習參與低於30歲以上教師，建議針對新進教師或新手教師辦理與其專業成長需求相輔之研習課程，以提高其之研習參與情形。
五、學校規模是教師參與研習增能需求差異最多的組別，其中又以7班以下學校的需求低於26班以上學校。建議針對7班以下學校之研習參與，部分採自由報名。
六、多元評量、創新教學教法、有效教學和閱讀融入領域教學排名高於其他研習主題，但各領域在教學增能研習需求各有差異，但在評量增能需求相近。
七、MOODLE教學平台建置、資訊融入領域教學和議題融入領域教學在國中小階段排名皆在後段。建議資訊教育推展應以教師和學生的教學學習為核心出發，才能受到現場教師的青睞。
八、講座模式研習需求排序高居前三，而實地參訪、工作坊和操作或體驗課程在排序殿後。造成教師與學者主張增能模式差異的原因值得深入探討。
九、線上研習排序前3，教育部師資培育政策規劃與教師需求符合。
十、各領域在研習模式需求落差大，建議研習辦理應考量模式和內容的多元性，並搭配區域特性，作為輔導團到校輔導、區域策略聯盟或校內研習的參考。
十一、專業知識與研習增能需求間有實然與應然之差距，建議後續研究持續探討造成此現象的原因。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and the curriculum and instruction needs for in-service training of Elementary and Junior High School teachers in Hsinchu County. With the method of Difference Analysis, the study explored the curriculum and instruction needs of in-service training and gave suggestions for the educational administrations of Hsinchu County to plan future in-service training activities.
An online questionnaire survey was used as a research method to ask all the in-service Elementary and Junior High School teachers in Hsinchu County, and 3351 valid questionnaires were collected. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-squared test, Product-moment correlation and Point-biserial correlation analysis.
According to the data, findings were made and suggestions were proposed for the educational administrations of Hsinchu County to plan future in-service training activities.
