新竹縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師課程教學之研習現況與需求調查研究

The Research of the current teaching situation and the need for in-service training of elementary school Science and Technology teachers in Hsinchu County

本研究透過自編問卷進行調查，以新竹縣國小自然與生活科技領域教師為對象，瞭解本縣教師在國小自然與生活科技領域教學現場的教學現況與需求。本研究以普查方式回收200份有效樣本，進行描述性統計，及利用單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、卡方檢定和點二系列相關等統計方法，分析不同背景變項之教師，其在專業成長現況與需求是否有差異存在。本研究獲得以下結論：
一、任教自然與生活科技教師以40-49歲為大宗，教學大多由兼任行政職務的組長與主任擔任，非專長授課比例達67.50%。
二、新竹縣國小自然與生活科技教師，在領域課程知識之自我認知，皆表現高度的自我肯定；在科學內容知識之自我認知，表現普通；在學科教學知識之自我認知與領域評量知識之自我認知，表現良好；在學校教學現況之自我認知，滿意度低。
三、新竹縣國小自然與生活科技教師，對於研習需求以創新教學教法、有效教學策略和資訊融入領域教學為主；對於研習主題需求以天文學、大氣科學、地質學和生物為主；對於評量主題需求以多元評量為主；研習增能模式需求以線上研習、實地參訪、講座為主。
四、新竹縣國小自然與生活科技教師之專業知識與教學現況之自我認知主要在不同職務、不同專長授課情形，與不同學校規模中呈現差異；而在研習需求部分則在不同職務、不同學歷、不同教育背景，與不同專長授課情形中呈現差異。
五、新竹縣國小自然與生活科技教師，物理、大氣科學學科背景知識之自我認知高低，與「物理、化學」研習需求，以及學科背景知識自我認知高低，與「生物」研習需求，均達顯著負相關。
本研究針對以上結果加以討論，並提供相關建議，以作為相關行政單位及未來研究的參考。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current teaching situation and the need for in-service training of elementary school Science and Technology teachers in Hsinchu County.
The data was collected through qustionaire survey, and was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and Point-biserial correlation analysis.
The findings of this study shows the elementary school Science and Technology teachers in Hsinchu County get high confidence on their curriculum knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and assessment knowledge. And they need in-service training on Astronomy, Atmospheric Science, Geology, Biology, Innovative Teaching, Effective Teaching, Information Technology Integration into Instruction, and Multiple Assessments; in the way of online learning, lectures, and visiting.
Finally, suggestions are proposed for the educational administrations of Hsinchu County to plan future in-service training activities.
