Internet information extends in all directions and is not limited by time and place. It allows tourists to query information and browse websites through the Internet. Internet information can also enhance global exchanges, make information flow more smoothly, and provide Information on the website for foreign tourists .The purpose of this project is study whether the information provided by tourists on the LEOFOO VILLAGE Theme Park website information on the LEOFOO VILLAGE Theme Park website reflects visitor satisfaction, so as to understand whether tourists use of the LEOFOO VILLAGE Theme Park website information affects their visitor behaviour orientation, and make recommendations based on the research results. The research subjects are mainly tourists who have used the information on the LEOFOO VILLAGE Theme Park website, and the questionnaire refers to the e- SERVQUAL scale design 13 questions, and a total of 160 questionnaires are collected by means of convenient sampling questionnaires on the internet, and the effective questionnaire is 152 questionnaires. The data analysis used narrative statistics and Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA) to find that“Leofoo Village Theme Park Resort Website I can easily find the information I need on the website”,“The Leofoo Village Theme Park Resort website can help me get the services I need immediately”,“The Leofoo Village Theme Park Resort website page is displayed very quickly”and“The Leofoo Village Theme Park Resort website has a simple and clear interface.”It is something to be improved. |
