本研究透過資訊系統成功模式(Information System Success Model)和科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM),探討空軍基地修護管理系統使用者滿意度的現況,旨在為未來空軍後勤資訊管理雲系統(Airforce Logistics Management Cloud System, ALMC)的發展提供建議,並作為國軍資訊策略規劃的參考。 本研究以文獻回顧為基礎,採用Likert五點量表設計問卷,針對飛機修護人員進行調查,運用信度、效度、敘述統計、相關與迴歸分析,評估「資訊品質」、「系統品質」、「系統使用」、「使用者滿意度」、「系統淨效益」、「使用態度」及「使用意願」等七個構面。結果顯示,在「性別」與「服務年資」方面無顯著差異,但在「級職」與「系統使用時間」上存在顯著差異。系統品質被確認為影響滿意度的最重要因素,主要使用群體為「上士」及「士官長」階層。本研究可為系統開發單位提供參考,幫助提升系統滿意度及改進系統功能。 |

This study investigates user satisfaction with the Air Force Base Maintenance Management System by applying the Information System Success Model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The goal is to provide insights for the development of the Air Force Logistics Management Cloud System (ALMC) and contribute to the strategic planning of military information systems. Based on a review of the literature, a questionnaire was designed using a five-point Likert scale to survey aircraft maintenance personnel. Reliability, validity, descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses were performed to assess seven key dimensions: information quality, system quality, system usage, user satisfaction, net system benefits, attitude toward use, and intention to use. The results indicate no significant differences in user satisfaction regarding gender and years of service, while significant differences were found in rank and duration of system usage. System quality was identified as the most critical factor influencing satisfaction, with staff sergeants and sergeants being the primary user group. The findings provide valuable recommendations for system developers to improve user satisfaction and guide system enhancements. |
