This study explores the application potential and future develop¬ment of the i-LEADER+ smart school model in educational settings. In an era of rapid advancement in digital technology, digital transforma¬tion and smart governance in schools have become essential to address dynamic and emerging learning needs. Employing a semi-structured in¬terview approach, this study collected qualitative data from three prin¬cipals across different educational stages and conducted thematic analy¬sis using MAXQDA. The findings indicate that i-Learning, i-Teaching, i-heAlth, i-Administration, i-Environment, and i-gReen not only offer a feasible framework for smart school operations but also support person¬alized learning, teacher professional development, transparent decision-making, and sustainable campus governance. Finally, this study provides policy recommendations for promoting smart schools to inform educa¬tional practice and policymaking. |
