團隊成員互動模式與技能士氣提升之研究——以社會資本觀點

The Team Members Interactive Model and the Skill Morale Promotion–a Study From the Social Capital

本研究目的在從社會資本觀點探討群體社會網路中的結構鑲嵌構面、關係鑲嵌構面、認知鑲嵌構面三者對資源交換與激勵效果的影響，以國內大學院校的棒球及籃球代表隊為調查對象，探討球員間互動緊密程度、互信程度、球隊認同與默契程度等三者對球員技能與士氣提升的影響。研究方法以問卷調查訪問國內大學院校棒球隊與籃球隊，所得資料先以t檢定檢視兩球隊的差異，再以典型相關分析分別探討兩球隊在社會資本對技能士氣之影響。主要的結果：一、球員間互動緊密程度、互信程度、球員對球隊的認同度都會正向影響其技能提升與個人士氣、全隊士氣的提升。二、棒球隊與籃球隊成員對社會資本與技能、士氣之各構面表現雖然有差異，然而對構面間彼此互動關聯的重視程度卻是一致。本研究結論有助於建構團隊互動模式。

The purpose of this paper mainly focuses on what the structure embeddedness, relational embeddedness, and cognition embeddedness, that exist in social network, influence the resource exchange and motivation effect by social capital perspective. We use the baseball and basketball team of Taiwan's universities as an example to investigate what effect the interactive tightness level, inter-trust level, and identification level have on the increase of player's skill and individual moral. Research Method is through questionnaire survey, we use t test to analyze the difference between two kinds of teams, and use canonical correlation analysis to review the influence of social capital on resource exchange for two teams. Finally we Results as follows: (1)the interactive tightness level, inter-trust level, and identification level have positive influence on the increase of players' skills and individual moral, and (2) there is significant difference between two teams, but both teams have the consistence on the consideration of the interactive correlation. Therefore, the conclusion is helpful to team's building.
