| 英文摘要 |
Sports biomechanics is the science of applying mechanics to human structure and movement, as well as associated equipment, devices, protective gear, environment, and environment in sports. This study aims to analyze hotspot and prospective research topics on sports biomechanics throughout eight international high-impact academic journals from 2013 to 2023, including Clinical Biomechanics, Gait & Posture, Human Movement Science, Journal of Applied Biomechanics, Journal of Biomechanics, Journal of Sports Sciences, Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, Sports Biomechanics. The Content Analysis Toolkit for Academic Research (CATAR) was used to analyze 15774 articles from those journals. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Taiwan ranks 22nd globally in terms of the number of publications, the third country in Asia after Japan (8th) and China (14th); however, the slope of change is - 0.88, which reflected that number of publications decreased within years. (2) The top three hotspot research topics are: ''Research on children's gait, posture control, and motor ability'', ''Research on performance and biomechanics in football, baseball, and swimming'', and ''Research on strength and conditioning (athletes, elderly...)''. (3) The top three prospective research topics are: ''Research on gait and posture control, especially in children'', ''Research on performance and biomechanics in baseball and swimming'', and ''Research on strength and conditioning''. In conclusion, the results provide an admirable reference for future international cooperation and research topics in sports biomechanics for Taiwanese scholars and researchers. |
