構建“量子國際法”理論：變革世界中的多學科建構

Constructing Quantum International Law Theories: A Multidisciplinary Framework For A Revolutionary World

量子理論自其誕生以來就具有適用於“一切”事物的潛力。在國際經濟法律與政策制定的重大變革時期，應對複雜、系統、與跨學科挑戰的核心不再是平衡眼前二元性的安全風險和經濟回報，而是確保國際經濟秩序在面對多重危機聚合情況時，仍保有長久穩健的復原力與包容性。本文創新性地將量子理論引入國際法與國際經濟法研究中，構建量子國際法律理論三位一體，通過類比、本體論、與後批判路徑適用量子糾纏、測量、與整體論，以啟發和整合國際法律與政策研究領域的多學科思維模式，輔助傳統思維模型與學科範式。本文為國際立法者與政策制定者提供了以量子為基礎的創新型思維模式，具有應用於“一切”學科的潛力。

Quantum theories have had the potential to be applied to ''everything'' since their inception. In a revolutionary world that embodies a reorientation of international economic lawmaking and policymaking, the central issue is no longer about balancing competing interests between security protection and economic advancement, but rather ensuring resilience and inclusiveness of the international economic order in the face of complex, systematic, and multidisciplinary challenges. This article adopts quantum entanglement, measurement, and holism theories through approaches of analogy, ontology, and postcritique to innovatively construct the quantum international law trinity, with the aim of inspiring and integrating multidisciplinary modes of thinking and complementing classical scholarship and methodology. The article provides international lawmakers and policymakers with a novel, quantum-based model of thinking that has the potential to be applied to ''everything'' multidisciplinaryly.
