On the other hand, there are also some deficiencies in the content setting of the labor rapid response mechanism, which is the essence of the American labor clause policy intention. The establishment of labor rapid response mechanism has multiple impacts on global labor governance. For China, it is necessary to be alert to the latest development trend of American labor clauses, to deal with possible risks in a timely manner, and to pay proper attention to the actual development trend of labor clauses, combined with its own actual situation to promptly promote the content construction of China's leading labor clauses of international economic and trade agreements, so as to better improve the quality of China's participation in international economic and trade activities. |
