近年來,在語言教育領域,人工智能(AI)研究蓬勃發展。在AI應用研究中,指出了在對話練習中可以不會感到尷尬等優點。然而,在先前的研究中,從“第二語言焦慮”的理論角度來看,至今幾乎沒有看到通過訪談調查或談話分析來提供證據的研究。因此,在本研究中,基於“第二語言焦慮”的理論,針對使用雜談AI APP(文字輸入)的學習者進行了問卷調查,以及中級學習者UD的跟進訪談(Follow-up interview、以下簡稱FI),並進行了談話分析。問卷調查的結果顯示,在產出方面,一定數量的學習者存在焦慮。因此,對中級學習者UD進行了FI,並進行了談話分析。從UD的談話分析中,可以看出,雖然學習者成功地向雑談AI APP提問並繼續進行了雑談,但也觀察到了沉默時間變長或者在中途放棄繼續內容等情況。對UD進行FI後,他認為這些是產出的失敗,明顯表明了他對自己的語言能力存在焦慮。|In the application research of AI, advantages of practicing conversation with AI were mentioned. However, in those prior researches, there is no research show such evidence by interview survey or discourse analysis based on the theory of“Second Language Anxiety”. Therefore, in this study, questionnaire survey, follow-up interview survey and discourse analysis targeting on the learners were conducted. As the result of questionnaire survey, it was revealed some learners have anxiety on productive skill. From the discourse analysis of a learner UD, it was observed that UD succeeds on continuing small talk by asking questions. However, UD had poses or not talking further contents among talk. Regarding these, follow-up interview to UD was conducted. UD said those are failures of production and those made UD have Second Language Anxiety to UD’s own Japanese language skill. |
