This study aimed to comment the issues and methods in organization culture according to related literature. Research strategies and steps, literature source and comment strategies were proposed in methodology. The comment of research issues included meaning and characteristics of organization culture, cognition and deciphering organization culture, strategies of shaping organization culture, manifesting approaches of organization culture, and reframing and challenge in organization culture. The comment of research methods included the research thinking and framework in organization culture and operation of research methods. And then through analysis and discussion research result, the conclusions were as follows: 1. Organization culture possesses multiple meanings and characteristics, meanwhile, it was worth to research deeply; 2. It would deeply decipher and interpret the meaning of organization culture through cross-domain in research; 3. Shaping and manifesting organization culture force would be an orientation in process and result; 4. The relationship between organization leadership and culture was closely and could not separate; 5. The role of organization culture was toward successful organization; 6. Shaping school-based culture would manifest educational characteristics and culture force; 7. Manifesting organization culture force was multiple and connecting approaches; 8. The research of organization culture was a combination philosophical thinking and methodology. Finally, suggestions were discussed for practice and future research in organization culture. |
