In view of the international trend of master's degree training for primary and secondary school teacher education, in order to expand the development of teacher continuing education and lifelong education. The case study mainly aimed to investigate the cultivation development and performance assessment of the Master's Degree Training Program for Primary Teacher Education. The purposes of the study were: 1) to analyze the operation and development; 2) to explore the teachers and teaching; 3) to explore the students and learning of the Department of Master Degree Program for primary teacher education; 4) to provide conclusions and recommendations for the Department of Master Degree Training Program for primary teacher education in Taiwan based on the findings. The subjects of this study were the directors, professors, and graduate students of the Teacher Professional Development Master's Degree Program of Case Education University. The research method adopted a qualitative case study, using document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and qualitative google questionnaire forms to achieve the diversity of data sources and data types, conducted triangulation, and maintained the ethics of this research through mutual respect and informed consent. This study finally provided relevant conclusions and suggestions on the cultivation, management and development, teachers and teaching, and students and learning of Master's Degree Training Programs for primary teacher education. |
