有鑑於國際發展中小學師資碩士化培育以拓展教師繼續教育與終身教育的趨勢,本研究旨為分析我國2021-2023年教專學程師資碩士培育發展與成果,本研究目的為:一、分析教專學程師資碩士培育經營與發展;二、探討教專學程師資碩士培育教師與教學;三、探究教專學程師資碩士培育學生與學習;四、根據以上發現,提出我國師資碩士培育發展的結論與建議。本研究對象為個案教育大學、教專學程前後期主任、教授與學生,本研究方法與設計採質性研究法與個案研究,運用檔案分析、半結構訪談、質性Google問卷表單等以達成資料來源、資料種類的多元性,進行三角檢證,並藉由互惠互重、知情同意以維護本研究倫理。本研究最後提出我國教專學程培育經營與發展、教師與教學、學生與學習的相關結論與建議。
英文摘要
In view of the international trend of master's degree training for primary and secondary school teacher education, in order to expand the development of teacher continuing education and lifelong education. The case study mainly aimed to investigate the cultivation development and performance assessment of the Master's Degree Training Program for Primary Teacher Education. The purposes of the study were: 1) to analyze the operation and development; 2) to explore the teachers and teaching; 3) to explore the students and learning of the Department of Master Degree Program for primary teacher education; 4) to provide conclusions and recommendations for the Department of Master Degree Training Program for primary teacher education in Taiwan based on the findings. The subjects of this study were the directors, professors, and graduate students of the Teacher Professional Development Master's Degree Program of Case Education University. The research method adopted a qualitative case study, using document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and qualitative google questionnaire forms to achieve the diversity of data sources and data types, conducted triangulation, and maintained the ethics of this research through mutual respect and informed consent. This study finally provided relevant conclusions and suggestions on the cultivation, management and development, teachers and teaching, and students and learning of Master's Degree Training Programs for primary teacher education.
