在圖書資訊領域的成長過程中，在主管、同仁與前輩們的攜手相助下，積累了個人寶貴經驗，並以成長性思維（growth mindset）適應每一個新挑戰。感謝成大圖書館主管們的支持和鼓勵，有幸榮獲第二屆教育部圖書館事業貢獻獎之傑出圖書館館員獎，深感榮幸與感激。這一殊榮象徵著團隊共同努力的成果。未來，將繼續秉持服務精神，推動創新，提升資訊服務品質，為學術研究和知識傳播貢獻一己之力。感謝每一位支持和提攜的主管、同仁和前輩，他們如同一路的明燈，照亮了圖書館事業旅程中的每一步。

Throughout my growth in the field of library and information science, I have accumulated valuable experiences with the support and assistance of my supervisors, colleagues, and mentors. By adopting a growth mindset, I have been able to adapt to each new challenge. With the encouragement and support from the supervisors at the NCKU Library, I was honored to receive the Outstanding Librarian Award at The Second Ministry of Education Library Contribution Awards. I am deeply honored and grateful for this recognition, which symbolizes the collective efforts of our team. In the future, we will continue to uphold the spirit of service, drive innovation, and enhance the quality of information services, contributing to academic research and knowledge dissemination. I am thankful to every supervisor, colleague, and mentor who has supported and guided me; they have been like beacons of light, illuminating and guiding every step of my journey in the field of librarianship.
