在這個資訊爆炸的時代，圖書館的角色正經歷著前所未有的變革。作為一名資深圖書館員，能夠獲得第二屆教育部圖書館事業貢獻獎「傑出圖書館主管獎」，既是莫大的榮譽，也是一份沉重的責任。這份獎項不僅是對個人工作的肯定，更是對整個圖書館界努力的認可。在這個重要的時刻，我不禁回顧過往，展望未來，尤其是面對生成式人工智慧（生成式AI）帶來的挑戰與機遇，圖書館員更需要以開放、進取的態度迎接這場變革，善用這些新工具，以確保圖書館員不被AI取代，而是與之共生。

In this era of information explosion, the role of libraries is undergoing unprecedented changes. As a seasoned librarian, receiving the“Outstanding Library Director Award＂in the second Ministry of Education Library Contribution Awards is both a tremendous honor and a significant responsibility. This award is not just a validation of personal work but also an acknowledgment of the collective efforts of the library community. At this pivotal moment, as I reflect on the past and look towards the future, especially in light of the challenges and opportunities presented by generative artificial intelligence (generative AI) , we must adopt an open and progressive attitude to embrace this transformation. By making good use of these new tools, we can ensure that librarians are not replaced by AI, but rather coexist with it.
