攜手新竹縣公共圖書館邁向共好

Joining Hands with Hsinchu County Public Library for a Better Future

公共圖書館的改善需要時間的累積，透過教育部「推動公共圖書館總館—分館體系計畫」，新竹縣公共圖書館逐步落實「新竹縣閱讀政策白皮書」、「新竹縣公共圖書館館藏發展政策」、進行全縣公共圖書館館員培訓及每年召開「新竹縣公共圖書館發展委員會」，期待透過討論機制改善全縣圖書館服務品質與能量，並擴散閱讀能量至鄰近縣市及轄內大專院校。此外，並串聯全縣公共圖書館整合行銷新竹縣閱讀品牌，製作說故事Podcast節目、廣播節目、串聯Youtube頻道等，讓閱讀無遠弗屆，藉由線上閱讀以及行動書車方式讓閱讀活動主動出擊，穿梭在竹縣各個角落，創造閱讀資源的可及性與近便性，確保包容和公平的優質教育，讓全民終身享有學習機會。

Improving public libraries requires time and consistent effort. Through the Ministry of Education´s“Project to Promote Public Library Integration: Library Branch Systems,＂the Hsinchu County Public Library is gradually implementing the“Hsinchu County Reading Policy White Paper＂and the“Hsinchu County Public Library Collection Development Policy.＂The library also conducts county-wide librarian training and convenes the“Hsinchu County Public Library Development Committee＂annually. These initiatives aim to enhance the quality and capabilities of library services throughout the county and to extend the influence of reading to neighboring counties and local universities.
Additionally, the Hsinchu County Public Library is integrating and marketing the Hsinchu County reading brand across the county´s public libraries. This includes producing storytelling podcasts, radio programs, and connecting with YouTube channels to make reading accessible to everyone. Through online reading initiatives and mobile libraries, reading activities are being proactively brought to every corner of Hsinchu County, creating accessibility and convenience for reading resources. The goal is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education, providing lifelong learning opportunities for all.
