本文透過文獻探討及分析,關注芬蘭師資培育課程內涵,藉由探究芬蘭師資培育課程之特色包括終身教育、多元路徑、教學支持網絡,審視芬蘭師資培育教師文化底蘊,理解師資培育課程規劃。本文考量臺灣本土脈絡,提出以下建議,做為符應國際教育趨勢的多元性與終身學習原則,據以當作師資培育課程的參考:1.強化師資終身教育,規劃不同生涯發展階段的學校教師所應具備的素養。2.推動師資培育課程多元路徑,增加大學生修讀師資培育課程的彈性,提供師培課程更寬廣的規劃空間。3.推動教學支持網絡的連結,著重現場溝通與社會情緒相關課題,深化教學實習之課程。
英文摘要
The study aims to focus on the connotation of Finnish teacher education programs through a literature review and analysis. By exploring the features of Finnish teacher education programs, including lifelong education, multiple paths, and teaching support networks, this study examines the cultural heritage of Finnish teacher training, and teacher education program. The study takes Taiwan's local context into account. It is suggested that diversity and lifelong learning that are in line with international education trends, and can be used as a reference for teacher education program: 1. strengthen lifelong education for teacher education program and plan the competencies that school teachers at different stages of career development should possess; 2. promote diversified paths for teacher education programs, increase the flexibility for college students to take teacher education courses, and provide broader planning opportunities for teacher education programs; 3. promote the connection of the teaching support network, emphasizing classroom communication and social emotional learning practice to deepen the curriculum of teaching practicum.
