本研究旨在探討參酌「師資生潛能測驗」(computerized teacher aptitude assessment, CTAA)表現甄選成為師資生的學生,是否較為適性或優質?本研究以國立臺灣體育運動大學108~110學年度的140位師資生為研究對象,將師資生在CTAA的表現聚焦在「教師情境判斷測驗」(situational judgment tests for teachers, SJTTs)與「教師工作價值觀測驗」(work values scales for teachers, WVSTs)。研究發現,師資生SJTTs分量表個別平均分數與整體平均分數的表現對「放棄修讀教育學程」、「教育專業科目在校成績」及「通過教師資格考」皆無顯著預測效果;WVSTs分量表個別平均分數的表現大部分對「放棄修讀教育學程」、「教育專業科目在校成績」及「通過教師資格考」皆無顯著預測效果;而適合度指標分數的表現除對「通過教師資格考」有顯著正向預測效果外,對「放棄修讀教育學程」與「教育專業科目在校成績」也皆無顯著預測效果,是以,距離師資培育中心想要利用CTAA來甄選較為適性或優質師資生的理想,可能還有一段落差。 |

This study explores whether students selected based on their performance in the Computerized Teacher Aptitude Assessment (CTAA) are more adapt or of higher quality as preservice teachers. The participants are 140 preservice teachers from the National Taiwan University of Sport during the 2019–2021 academic years. The preservice teachers’performances in the Situational Judgment Tests for Teachers (SJTTs) and Work Values Scales for Teachers (WVSTs) are focused upon in the CTAA. The findings indicate that the individual average scores and overall average scores of the preservice teachers in the SJTTs do not significantly affect their decisions to discontinue the Teacher Education Program, their grades on education courses, and their success in passing the teacher qualification examinations. Similarly, the individual average scores in the WVSTs mostly do not show a significant impact on discontinuing the Teacher Education Program, grades on education courses, or passing the teacher qualification examinations. Furthermore, the scores on fit indicators, while having a significant and positive effect on passing the teacher qualification examinations, do not significantly affect discontinuing the Teacher Education Program or grades on education courses. Thus, the goal of the Center of Teacher Education to utilize the CTAA to select more adapt or higher-quality preservice teachers may still face some challenges. |
