Despite many literatures on knowledge management and governance, we know little about why members of organization do share knowledge, especially in government agencies. This study aims to understand organizational and individual factors that influence employees’knowledge sharing behavior in public sector, they include trust, organizational identification ,rewards/incentives and bureaucratic personality. Based on the related discussions, this paper uses questionnaires to investigate employees’knowledge sharing behavior in Taiwan government. Finally, this paper makes some discussions about research findings and proposes some policy suggestions. |
