運用虛擬空間於同步遠距學習影響因素之研究

Factors that Influence Synchronized Online Learning in Virtual Context

研究證實運用虛擬教學環境（虛擬空間與虛擬角色）進行遠距教學具有正面的效果，但影響效果的因素尚缺乏嚴謹的討論與驗證。本研究以德菲法進行二回合的問卷調查與意見整合，整理出影響虛擬環境遠距學習的最重要因素排序，並以半結構訪談了解參與專家對問題的看法。研究結果顯示「學習者的個別差異」、「線上學習的社會化特性」、以及「虛擬空間與角色的屬性」等三個類別均對虛擬空間與虛擬角色遠距學習效果有影響。結論並提供十個影響最大的行為或情境排序。元宇宙教學環境的發展方興未艾，本研究結論將可提供後續發展虛擬環境相關教學策略的參考。

Research has evidenced that employing virtual learning environment for e-learning, including virtual space and virtual character, has positive effective. However, the factors that mostly influence the effectiveness of these virtual learning have little been explored. This research implemented a two-round Delphi survey to identify most-influential factors that affect the learning effectiveness of e-learning with virtual spaces and virtual characters. The results indicated that learner’s individual differences, social presence, and attributes of virtual space/virtual role make the influences. Moreover, 10 most influential learner behavior or learning contexts are ranked and listed. In a metaverse era, this study could provide useful information for developing e-learning with virtual environment, and make suggestions future research in this area.
