隨著社會變遷與數位時代的來臨,近年有許多性別平等事件發生,對社會帶來衝擊,青少年需要有更健全的性別知識與素養才能因應日益複雜多元的性別人我關係。教育現場亟需具有性別平等素養的教師,透過知識傳遞與身體力行作為媒介和典範。培育未來教師具有正確的性別平等素養相當重要,有鑑於性平教育課程在師資培育過程中的規劃與落實,對師資生性別平等意識的覺醒有密切關聯,透過本文的探究,希冀能對大學師資培育工作者,進行相關課程規劃時有所幫助。本文針對以下部分加以撰寫:第一、說明性平教育的意義及其應包含的層面;第二、探討2019課綱中性別平等議題與大學師資培育中的性平教育課程;第三,依據國內外性平教育研究結果,論述在大學階段性平教育的學習成效及具體可行的實施策略。最後總結師資生性別平等素養發展的學習方向與實施策略。
英文摘要
With the changes in society and the advent of the digital age, many gender equality incidents have occurred in recent years, which have had an impact on society. Teenagers need to have more sound gender literacy in order to cope with the increasingly complex gender-related relationships. The teaching field was in urgent need of teachers with gender equality literacy, who could serve as media and role models through knowledge transfer and personal practice. It was very important to cultivate future teachers with correct gender equality literacy. The planning and implementation of gender equality education courses in the teacher training process were closely related to the awakening of gender equality awareness among teachers and students. Through the exploration of this article, I hoped it was helpful to university teacher training workers when planning relevant courses. First, we explore the goals of gender equality education courses in universities. Second, we can discuss the gender equality knowledge and literacy content that teenagers should have after the implementation of the 108 curriculums.
