At present, in order to integrate with global internationalization, Taiwan has begun to have requirements for the language ability of college students, and also takes the graduation threshold as an indicator to improve students' language learning, however, with the development of mobile learning tools, the behavior of learning language through smartphones has gradually become popular, so that college students can more easily access the language learning of life without being affected by time or space. Therefore, this study analyzes the function of language learning applications, and uses KANO's two-dimensional quality model and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) as experimental tools to collect college students aged 18 to 25, including 34 men and 35 women, through questionnaires to explore the lack of design services. The results of the study showed that both male and female participants rated language hearing-related functions, such as ''speech translation'', ''listening to songs to learn'', and '' accent adjustment'' as charismatic qualities in the KANO analysis, and continued to be classified in the IPA analysis, while voice interaction-related functions, such as ''game-based sound effects'' and ''voice-activated basic playback functions'', were classified as secondary improvements in the IPA analysis and were not classified as reverse qualities in the KANO analysis. Therefore, this study believes that listening learning and speech interaction related functions are the direction of sustainable development in the future, and subsequent research will continue to explore and extend with this goal. |
