Nowadays, new technologies are full of people’s lives, but at the same time, it accumulates more mental illnesses. Therefore, this study attempts to find reciprocal relationships in the connections of social stakeholders through transnational online design thinking activities, and at the same time, resolve mutual depression. With the pandemic, online courses have become a widely used teaching method. In recent years, due to the impact of COVID-19, PBL, which used to practice on-site discussions, has also been transformed to online. Since the two countries have similar cultural backgrounds, this study invites two Japanese students and three Taiwanese students to discuss social issues in their respective countries and find similarities. Furthermore, using the empathy map and listing all stakeholders and problem solvers to design a minimum feasible model for the mutual benefit of the relationship between stakeholders and problem solvers. Eventually, applying a minimum viable model attempts to solve the common social problems between Taiwan and Japan. |
