The research suggests that school leaders can use character strength assessment tools to understand their own strengths and enhance their competencies using open education¬al resources. Additionally, schools should help members recognize and discover their character strengths, forming complementary character strength teams. This culture not only supports individual growth, development, and the pursuit of excellence but also fosters overall school harmony, prosperity, and well-being, ensuring the sustainable develop¬ment of a positive character strength school culture. |
