《莊子》的夢寓書寫與身心修養：魂交、無夢、夢中夢、蝶夢、寫夢

Interpretation of Five“Dream”Fables in Zhuang Zi

本文以《莊子》有關「夢」寓的文獻為詮釋對象，並將其分為五個類別來討論：情識之夢、至人無夢、弔詭之夢、物化之夢、虛構之夢。一則個別分析這五類夢寓書寫的內涵，其次勾連融通這五類夢寓的層次關係，企圖由此詮釋而建構出《莊子》的夢寓書寫和養生宗主的辯證關係。本文得出的結論在於，《莊子》的多元夢寓書寫現象，既透露了失養與善養的人生哲理，同時也表現出高度創意的文學技藝。換言之，夢寓既是一種虛構形式的文學書寫遊戲，同時也在傳達存在體驗之哲學實理。

This paper treats “dream” fables in Zhuang Zi as subjects and the author divides them into affective dream, no dream of real human, fabricated dream, strange dream and transformed dream. The writing of these five dream fables is analyzed individually. Secondly, the author connects the relationships among them to interpret and construct literary techniques and philosophy of dream fables in Zhuang Zi. In other words, dream fable is the technique of writing and it conveys the philosophy of experience.
