This study adopted case study method, taking a primary school in New Taipei City as an example. The case school has spared no effort to prevent school bullying, but it still faces different bullying behaviors. Therefore, the purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Explore the common types of bullying behaviors in case school. 2. Summarize the commonly used prevention strategies of students’bullying behaviors. 3. Analyze the relatively feasible prevention strategies in the face of a single bullying behavior. The researchers invited a total of 11 school administrators, senior tutors and social workers to form a workshop. First, literature analysis, questionnaire interviews and analytic hierarchical process (AHP) were used to conduct multiple rounds interaction. Second, the quantitative data and qualitative opinions were analyzed and sorted out. Finally, to build consensus the analysis results were discussed in the workshop. The conclusions were as follows: 1. For case school,“relational bullying involving exclusion”got the top priority that needs to overcome; 2.“Cultivating empathy and sense of justice in students”got the top strategy for preventing bullying; 3.Through AHP software can assist case school to find out the most suitable and feasible strategies for preventing school bullying. |
