Were students sincere and happy to participate in service-learning courses in their hearts, which being a great impact on promoting outcomes. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among passions, reflection and outcomes toward students of participating in service-learning courses. The subjects of the study were 4 private universities students of servicelearning curriculums in Tainan. 345 valid samples were collected from 360 samples. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, repeated measures, Pearson correlation analysis as well as SEM analysis to implement the data analysis and verify assumptions. The results of this study showed that: 1. there was a significant positive impact of passion on reflection. 2. there was a significant positive impact of reflection on outcomes. 3. there was a significant positive impact of passion on outcomes. 4. there was a significant fully mediating effect on reflection between passion and outcomes. Finally, based on the findings, this study provided several recommendations for related people of universities and future research as a reference. |
