運用口述歷史內容進行展示更新：以「電信@台灣」廳為例

Using Oral History Interviews in Exhibition Renewal: Take the“Telecom Taiwan”Hall as an Example

「電信@台灣」常設展示廳（以下簡稱電信廳）於2011年對外開放參觀，迄今已屆10年以上，電信廳原規劃的展示設計，多以介紹電信文物設備的功能與科學原理為導向，如何為現有的展示物件增添豐富多元的內容，有賴回歸當時物件被使用的脈絡之中。「人的歷史」搭配上現有「物的歷史」，將使臺灣電信文化資產呈現出豐富完整的面貌。因此近年電信廳將訪談資深電信前輩所得的內容成果，陸續應用於展示單元更新，為展廳持續創造出新的亮點。本研究運用口述歷史內容，在經費許可下進行展示更新，獲得結論如下：
一、口述歷史內容增添展示呈現的完整性
二、新科技增添互動展品的趣味與耐用度
三、復刻舊貌的情境氛圍成功吸引民眾駐足

The ''Telecom Taiwan'' permanent exhibition hall (hereinafter referred to as the ''Telecom Hall'') has been open to the public for more than 10 years. Its original plan was to introduce the functions and scientific principles of telecom cultural relics and equipment. Presenting the objects in their historical context adds rich and diverse contents to the exhibition. ''The history of people'' combined with the ''history of things'' can make Taiwan's telecom cultural assets more complete. Therefore, in recent years, oral interviews with elders were used to update and create new highlights in this exhibition hall. This study used the contents of oral interviews to conduct exhibition renewal and the conclusions were as follows:
1. The contents of the oral interviews enrich the presentation.
2. Preserve the retro experience by using new technologies to improve the durability of interactive exhibits.
3. The nostalgic atmosphere successfully attracts visitors.
