The visit analysis of Hygiene and Safety Self-Management of Food Manufacturing Industry in 2022

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署（下稱食藥署）111年委託財團法人中央畜產會實地訪視輔導中小型食品製造業者102家業者。經分析該等業者食品安全衛生管理法第三章相關之食品安全管制措施及食品良好衛生規範準則（Good Hygienic Pracitices, GHP）之符合性發現，其缺失大多為表單紀錄不確實，如文件缺漏應記載事項，或未指定專人填寫衛生安全管理紀錄等，建議未來可針對該點加強輔導。

In 2022, Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (hereinafter referred as TFDA) commissioned the National Animal Industry Foundation (NAIF) to visit and provide guidance to 102 small and medium-sized food manufacturers. An analysis of the manufacturers’compliance with Chapter 3 of the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) found that most of the deficiencies were related to inaccurate record-keeping. For example, the document lacks items that should be recorded, or there is no designated person to fill out the health and safety management records, etc. Therefore, it was recommended that future guidance should focus on strengthening this aspect.
