試論晚清創作小說對凡爾納小說接受――以《月球殖民地小說》、《新法螺先生譚》、《新石頭記》為例

On the Acceptance of Jules Verne's Novels Created in the Late Qing Dynasty――Take ''Moon Colony Novel'', ''Mr. Xin Fa Luo Tan'', ''New Stone Story'' as examples

晚清受西方翻譯小說影響，大量創作小說開始出現各種題材寫作。其中，以凡爾納科幻小說之翻譯最為歡迎，因此許多晚清小說創作者便受凡爾納小說影響所致，開始以科學為素材，添加旅行敘事的視野，從中引領讀者進入異樣的旅行空間，使之翱翔其中。
其中，最具代表性者為1904年荒江釣叟《月球殖民地小說》、1905年徐念慈《新法螺先生譚》及1907年吳趼人所著《新石頭記》等三部科幻小說作品，於小說故事的敘事內容中，可大量看出凡爾納科幻小說之影子，以證明小說創作者深受凡爾納小說之影響。因此，本文試以此三部小說作品為探討對象，討論晚清創作小說中的凡爾納小說風貌，以釐清二者之間的接受與影響。
本論文討論，欲將全文分為四大重點部分，其一為「交通工具：依循新式交通的創想」，探討旅行交通載具的進步是否與當時科學思潮的引進有所關連；其二則為「觀看視角：活動空間再造的新見」，藉由小說主人翁所處空間的變化討論晚清小說家的地理空間的改變，是否與當時的學術思潮有所關係；其三，則為「寄託未來：想像與期待美好中國」，藉由小說家之筆討論晚清之際的文人面對家國巨變的窘境下，如何藉由小說的敘事筆法呈現出自我存在的合理性價值；最後，於「結語」部分，先是總結本論文的研究結果，而後再說明本論文研究之外的不足之處與可加強之要點。

Influenced by Western translation novels, a large number of creative novels began to be written with various themes, in the Late Qing Dynasty. Among them, the translation of Verne's science fiction is the most popular. Therefore, many novel creators in the late Qing Dynasty were influenced by Verne's novels, and began to use science as the material to add the vision of travel narrative, which led readers into a strange travel space and made them soar in it.
Among them, the most representative are three science fiction works, including Huangjiang Diaosuo's ''Lunar Colony Novel'' in 1904, Xu Nianci's ''Mr. New Faluo Tan'' in 1905, and ''New Stone Story'' by Wu Jianren in 1907. In the narrative content of the novel, a lot of shadows of Verne's science fiction can be seen, which proves that the author of the novel was deeply influenced by Verne's novels. Therefore, this article attempts to discuss the three novels as the object of discussion, to discuss the style of Verne's novels in the novels created in the late Qing Dynasty.
The discussion of this paper intends to divide the full text into four key parts. The first is ''Means of Transportation: Following the Idea of New Transportation'', exploring whether the advancement of travel transportation vehicles is related to the introduction of scientific thoughts at that time. The second is ''Viewing Perspective: New Views on the Reconstruction of Activity Space'', discussing whether the changes in the geographical space of novelists in the late Qing Dynasty were related to the academic trends at that time through the changes in the space where the protagonists of the novels lived. The third is ''Relying on the Future: Imagining and Expecting a Beautiful China'', discussing.
