國小國語文定期評量設計評析與建議：學以致用、以評促教

Critiques and Advices toward Elementary School Mandarin Periodical Assessments

語文領域（國語文）一直是學習時數最高的學科，可見其作為國民教育基礎的重要性，再者，國小並無階段性的全國學力檢測，因此各校的國語文定期評量成了學生學習成就評估或學期成績計算的重要來源。然而，各校的定期評量內容設計與批閱皆是自主獨立完成，即造成各校評量設計內容與形式上有頗大的差異。各校的主要題型與內容是否符合國語文素養導向評量原則，或者存在什麼樣的問題，此乃本文最關心的問題。基此，本文先梳理近十年相關文獻，據之形成國語文定期評量審閱5項原則與10項規準，再於筆者自2012年以來至37所學校蒐集的112份國語文評量試題中，分成8類，各挑選數題進行評量設計之評析與討論；最後，依評析結果提出10項綜合建議與結語，供學校教師及後續研究參考之用。

This study attempts to analyze Mandarin periodical assessment held in elementary schools to see if items accord with principles of competency-based Mandarin assessments. First, this study literature review related within 10 years and forms 5 principles and 10 criteria to review Mandarin periodical assessments. Second, researcher classifies items collected from different elementary schools in the past 10 years into 8 categories, and choose several items from each category to have a further discussion on assessment designing. Lastly, this study proposes 10 comprehensive advices and a conclusion to give support to elementary school teachers and further researches.
