Background:Employees are the target group of health promotion in hospitals. However, the proportion of physicians participating in health promotion is relatively low in our hospital. Methods:We designed the health promotion program based on the need assessment of health promotion for physicians. Therefore, the questionnaires were adopted for data collection from June 4th to June 15th, 2020. As a result, 385 questionnaires were emailed, and 64 valid questionnaires were recovered. Results:Given physicians developing a health-promoting lifestyle were affected by shifts and on-duty, busy and heavy work, whether there was a suitable exercise place, personal motivation, and cognition on exercise. Therefore, we developed several health promotion projects according to the need assessment results, especially adding online exercise courses and static lecture courses with no time limit for participation, which increases the achievement rate of physicians' health promotion credits. Conclusion:Health promotion activities can be held after getting off work in terms of time; in terms of spreading event information, we propose adopting multi-channel publicity strategies. In addition, the activities can be held through physical and online courses to improve the accessibility of physicians' participation in activities. |
