Fire is a risk that always exists in nursing institutions. Due to the particularity and vulnerability of residents in psychiatric nursing homes, if there is no proper planning, it may cause great disasters. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to improve the awareness of fire and skills of team members, and to develop an organization-compliant safety strategy to ensure that organization members can minimize losses and injuries in the event of a disaster. According to the current situation analysis, the reasons for the lack of fire awareness and skills among members include: unfamiliarity with fire team responsibilities and no rotation system, lack of experience in response, lack of participation, lack of practical equipment for practice, and lack of night signs. After regularly conducting education and training, dispatching seed instructors, strengthening the use of fire evacuation equipment, rolling revisions to emergency response plans, and formulating an audit system, the correct rate of fire response cognition increased from 66.4% before improvement to 99.3% after improvement. The skill accuracy rate has increased from 42.9% before improvement to 99.4% after improvement. Through this project, relevant improvement strategies are made into regular training principles, innovative ideas are applied to disaster relief. The consistent ''speaking, writing, and doing'' are strengthened.“The unity of knowledge and action”can effectively enhance the team's knowledge, ability and spirit of cooperation, and maintain fire safety together. |
