This study plans a set of training courses for the teaching staff of community care bases from the viewpoint of ''active aging''. Various senior learning and long-term care institutions promote reference. This study uses action research supplemented by semi-structured interviews and observations to focus on 11 students who participated in this course from a community college in Happy County, and explores the feasibility, implementation effect, influencing factors and feasible specific methods of course promotion. Through the results and discussions of this research, the following conclusions are drawn, including: The teaching staff training courses in the community care bases from the perspective of active aging are systematically planned, the content is in line with active aging, and its implementation is sufficient to assist the elderly in active aging and self-transcendence , the influence includes internal and external factors, there are feasible specific methods for curriculum promotion, and relevant suggestions are put forward according to the research results. |
