中小學校長專業發展輔導工具研發之初探

A Preliminary Study of the Coaching Tool of Elementary and Secondary School Principals’Professional Development

能協助中小學初任校長專業發展為協助中小學校長專業發展，本研究發展了「課啟領導規準」及簡述紀錄、省思紀錄和回饋紀錄三種輔導紀錄工具，除了請 300 多位中小學校長和專家學者討論審查，建立四向度 18 指標的領導規準，也依 136 位校長實際使用的意見，建立每一指標的二種表現內容，並利用 61 位中小學初任校長的輔導資料，利用輔導校長（課啟校長）和初任校長的意見，建立本輔導工具的同時效度和建構效度。

This research aimed to develop a coaching tool that can assist the professional development of elementary and secondary school novice principals. This research developed the 'Coaching Leadership standards' and three coaching record tools: briefing records, reflection records, and feedback records. More than 300 elementary and secondary school principals and experts and scholars were invited to discuss and review them, and 136 elementary and secondary school principals were invited to practically use the modification. In the pilot study, 61 elementary and secondary school novice principal’s and mentor principal’s data was tested to establish concurrent validity and construct validity.
