法学日本語教育の教材使用状況について－法学大学院を中心に－

Use of Materials for Legal Japanese Education–A Research on Law Institutes

根據新聞局在2004年針對台灣翻譯產業所作之調查報告，得知翻譯社受委託翻譯的文件當中，以法律契約類最多，約佔全體的四成。其次則是商品介紹與公司章程類的文件。由這份調查報告可以得知，法律相關文件翻譯需求之高。目前大學的法律系與法律研究所，除了開設一般第二外語日語課程之外，也開設以研讀法律相關資料為目的之法學專業日文課程。本研究以台灣各大學法律研究所「法學日語」相關科目的開設概況、及授課內容進行調查。針對教科書之使用，在了解其概況後，就法學專業日語教育的現況，予以分析與探討。

A study conducted by the ministerial level Government Information Office in 2004 to investigate into Taiwan's translation industry shows that a majority, or approximately 40%, of the cases translation agencies received were legal contracts, followed by product catalogs and office charters. The finding indicates the high demand for translating of legal related documents. Currently, in addition to general Japanese courses, most university law departments and graduate institutes also offer their students professional legal Japanese programs to study legal documents. This research examines the curriculum plans for and the teaching methods of Legal Japanese provided by law institutes of Taiwan’s universities. It further, with a focus on the textbooks used, analyses and discusses current circumstances of professional legal Japanese education.
