EL Education is a national nonprofit partnering with K-12 educators to transform public schools and districts into hubs of opportunity for all students to achieve excellent equitable outcomes and release their unique genius. EL Education was founded in 1991 and currently serves 440,000 students in diverse communities across the country. The study combines the theory and practice. First, the author describes the development of Expeditionary Learning School. Second, the author studies the content of EL Education. Then, the author uses the action research to discuss the principal how to promote the change for the school through the idea of EL Education. The study provides some suggestions to future development of experimental education, EL Education, and practices diversified education development. |
