一位國小校長推動實驗學校之行動研究

An Action Research on a Principal’s Promotion of Expeditionary Learning School

探索體驗學習學校在美國各界頗受肯定，更有許多成功案例及完整的理論模式，可以說是實驗教育的代表。本研究將理論與實務結合，首先對探索體驗學習學校之發展脈絡做一探討，其次耙梳探索體驗教育之內容，並透過行動研究的方式探討校長如何推動探索體驗學習學校。研究結果可提供國內推動實驗教育或探索體驗學習之參考，以實踐教育多元發展之訴求。

EL Education is a national nonprofit partnering with K-12 educators to transform public schools and districts into hubs of opportunity for all students to achieve excellent equitable outcomes and release their unique genius. EL Education was founded in 1991 and currently serves 440,000 students in diverse communities across the country. The study combines the theory and practice. First, the author describes the development of Expeditionary Learning School. Second, the author studies the content of EL Education. Then, the author uses the action research to discuss the principal how to promote the change for the school through the idea of EL Education. The study provides some suggestions to future development of experimental education, EL Education, and practices diversified education development.
