Bilingual education is the medium of instruction with dual languages, and expect to be the daily life of language skills with interpersonal communication and international cultural study. Due to the global extending, it is necessary to enhance self-asset to learn more skills and knowledge to use the international common language. The role of bilingual education in university youth leadership is multiple characteristics such as cross-cultural transmission and communication, international connection function, cognitive advantage learning, social justice, employment needs, international network leaders, and successful leaders. Through bilingual education, university youths use language to communicate, achieve the transformation and integration of culture and knowledge, acquire diverse leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes, expand professional ability, self-cognitive ability and metacognitive reflection, and be successful leaders. The cultivation of successful leaders of university youth through bilingual education requires the effective implementation of the national language policy, and to be sustainable and extensive support, establishing a flexible model of curriculum guidance based on the cognitive basis of social justice, cultivating cross-language critical thinking, and encouraging to take part in international and virtual communities. |
