The purposes of this study are to explore the current situation and relationship of psychological capital、career decision making self-efficacy and career adapt-ability among university students with childcare major. A questionnaire is employed to collect the opinions of university students with childcare major in four cities through convenience sampling, and the effective sample size is 117. The questionnaire comprised three sections are the scale of "University students Psychological Capital、" and "University students Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy" and "University students Career Adapt-Ability". As for data analysis methods, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression modeling are adopted. The main findings of this study involved: (1) The performance of university students with childcare major on their practice of psychological capital, career decision making self-efficacy and career adapt-ability reaches the high degree. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between students' psychological capital、career decision making self-efficacy and career adapt-ability. (4) University students with childcare major psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy have a predictive power of 59% on their career adapt-ability. According to the research findings, several suggestions for the implementation and further study were proposed. |
