(4) Teachers' teaching has a significant direct effect on the learning performance. (5) The experience learning has a significant direct effect on the reflective teaching, and a significant indirect effect on learning performance. Finally, the model of ''experience and reflective teaching'' in Social Psychology built by this research can apply to improving teaching efficiency for university general education courses. |
