在臺日人之基隆書寫──以《基隆港》收錄之日人漢詩為觀察場域

若要建構完整的臺灣古典文學史，那麼殖民時期在臺日人的漢詩文則不容被忽視，目前學界的研究趨向，多呈現在臺日人的別集研究，至於集中在某一對象或區域，且由日人所選編的「選集」則較為少見，也鮮少受到關注。長期寓居基隆的日人石坂莊作，於大正六年（1917）10月出版基隆首部志書──《基隆港》，附錄收集六十餘首以「基隆」為主題的漢詩，就形式上來看應可視為基隆漢詩的「選集」。除去清代作品，其餘均出自當時日臺官紳之手，又以日人作品為多，共有四十餘首，作者包括尾崎秀真、兒玉源太郎、小松吉久、小野真盛、山口透、中瀨秀、永井完久、白莊司芳之助、伊藤貞次郎、伊藤賢道、安江正直、神谷由道、鈴村讓、鷹取田一郎等十餘人，身分涵蓋臺灣總督、官員、地方行政人員、記者、學者等，詩作內容或讚基隆港之興築，或表仙洞、社寮島之景貌，或抒羈旅基隆之雜感，呈現多樣化的面貌。大抵以基隆港為核心，擴及附近著名景觀或描繪在地之生活起居。是以，在統治者有計畫的開發下，基隆港／市不管在位階、或城市機能上均大幅的提升，呈現了不同於以往的面貌，而作為島都的交通樞紐，強烈的地方特色，讓在地住民深感榮耀。本文將以石坂莊作選錄的日人漢詩為對象，試圖從中勾勒出當時基隆的生活樣貌與港都景觀，並進一步探索他們對基隆的「在地感受」。

"If you would like to establish the structure of classical Taiwan literature history entirely, then the Sinology Poem from Japanese during the colony period of Taiwan is not allow to ignore. The current way of research in academic circles, most to show the research of familiar essays of Japanese in Taiwan, as for concentrating on some particular target or area, and edited by Japanese so called a 'Selections' was barely shown and got attention. Mr. 石坂莊作, who is a Japanese had lived his live for a long time in Keelung, in the first Keelung history book 'Keelung Harbor' which published by him, the appendix had collected over 60 of Sinology Poems in a theme of Keelung, it should be treated as the 'Selection' of Sinology Poem in Keelung.Besides the poems of Ching Dynasty, the rest were coming from current Japanese and Taiwan government officers, especially from Japanese, the amount were over 40 poems. Included Mr. 尾崎 秀真、兒玉源太郎、小松吉久、小野真盛、山口透、中瀨秀、永井完久、白莊司 芳之助、伊藤貞次郎、伊藤賢道、安江正直、神谷由道、鈴村讓、鷹取田一郎 etc, their identities contained the President of Taiwan, central officers, journalists, scholars etc. The descriptions of Keelung from them had shown various observations from different eyes. However, following the development plan from the ruler, Keelung had shown different face than before as long as the class or the city function promoted in a very high progress, the image of an important transportation city had come to a strong characteristic of local city, which made citizens feel so proud. In this essay, the Japanese Sinology Poem Selection of 石坂莊作 would try to describe the life of civilians and the view of Keelung Harbor, then to discover their 'local feeling' to Keelung."
