"COVID-19, from the outbreak of the Wuhan epidemic to the global pandemic, Taiwan's higher education is facing a shift from partial distance education to full distance education. In May 2021, Taiwan announced that it has fully entered the three-level epidemic prevention alert. This article aims to discuss from the Safe-schooling Measures of Taiwan's Ministry of Education, the short-term distance education can be carried out when universities not be closed due to the epidemic, the construction of distance education environment, and the video conference platform of the best learning tool in 2020. Analyze the needs of online learning interaction and test evaluation from teachers' workshop and reflection. Then discuss the situation on processing and application of e-learning course certification in Taiwan, the review regulations of e-learning course certification, and the multi-tasking of online education which increases the teaching load. Finally, hope this article can provide relevant research references for online education, e-learning, course certification, distance education. " |
