"This study aimed to investigate the current situation and relationships of organization trust and knowledge share toward the effectiveness of service innovation in assistive technology resources centers. The study used product-moment correlation and partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling to carry out statistical analysis. The mediating effect of knowledge share, organization trust showed indirect, positive impact of service innovation in assistive technology resources centers. The full-time staff in assistive technology resources centers showed: (1) organization trust, knowledge share, and service innovation were in middle-high level; (2) correlations among organization trust, knowledge share and service innovation were significant and positive; (3) Organization trust had significant and direct effect on knowledge share and service innovation, knowledge share also had significant and direct effect on service innovation; (4) by means of the mediating effect of overall knowledge share, organization trust showed indirect, positive impact on service innovation. Based on these conclusions, we also made the follow-up recommendations." |
