影響大學生做出轉學決定之重要他人──社會學習論的驗證與探究

The Significant Other Who Influence College Students’Decisions to Transfer Schools——Verification and Exploration of Social Learning Theory

本研究旨在透過訪談的方式來了解他人對於大學階段之學生作出轉學決定的影響力，並驗證班杜拉（Albert Bandura）在社會學習論（Social Learning Theory）中提出楷模理論（Model）是否可以運用在現代社會的成年學習者身上。本研究將以就讀普通四年制的大學轉學生作為訪談對象，設計半結構式訪談的方式來採集資料，找出大學生在做轉學的決策時，是否受到了某個特定的人的影響？這個人是否做會與社會學習論所提出的楷模類型相符合？筆者依照社會學習論的內容整理出楷模類型：重要他人（親人與教導者）、同性別的人、獲得榮譽的人、同齡同社會階層的人，訪談後將受訪者呈現的資料編碼後加以分析，使用紮根理論(Grounded Theory)的研究方法來得出訪談結果，並與班度拉的原文獻進行比照。在訪談後得知的會影響大學生進行決策時的人物，符合班杜拉原先提出的傳統類型楷模有親人、教導者、同儕與獲得榮譽的人，另外還有兩項是在這個研究中新發現的楷模類型：自己與網路上的意見。對於本研究的受訪者而言，不同楷模類型的楷模的身分、看法與意見在轉學的決策過程中都有不同程度的影響力。最後，本研究期望本次研究的結果能夠作為未來大學校園面對少子化以及校園競爭的趨勢中，規劃招生管道、校園特色的參考之一。

"The purpose of this study was expounding the influence of role models when college students making decision to transfer schools through a semi-structured interview. In this study, the roles models in this study were according to the content of Social Learning Theory. After analyzing the data from interview by Grounded Theory and compared with original literature of Bandura. Four six types of role models can influence the decision-making of college students, four of them were originally proposed by Bandura. Two types were the new discovery. Finally, Identities, opinions, and opinions of different role models would influence college students."
