"Running a start-up is the dream of many people. There are more and more entrepreneurs hoping to do so nowadays, and many of them are college students. But when running start-up in college, there are many things to take into consideration: the limited target customers and the business hours, for example. This research is conducted at the Rongyuan Café to test whether campus entrepreneurship is feasible or not. A college student diet survey is first conducted, and payment is collected through a technological electronic payment combining innovative services. This promotes local delicacies in cooperation with local food in Banqiao, creating an operational business model.
