圖片交換溝通系統，對自閉症兒童溝通行為的個案研究

The Case Study on Communication Behavior of Children with Autism in Low Oral Language by Picture Exchange Communication System

溝通技能對於自閉症兒童的社交生活、學校生活具有重要意義。圖片交換溝通系統目前被廣泛應用於介入自閉症兒童的溝通行為，為了進一步驗證圖片交換溝通系統對自閉症兒童溝通行為的介入成效。本研究採用單一受試研究法A-B-A設計，對湛江市特殊教育學校一名15歲低口語自閉症兒童的溝通技能進行介入。研究結果表明，圖片交換溝通系統對提高低口語自閉症兒童的溝通技能具有良好效果。

"Communication skills were of great significance to the social life and school life of autistic children. At present, picture exchange communication system was widely used to interfere with the communication behavior of autistic children. In order to further verify the effect of picture exchange communication system on the communication behavior of autistic children, this study is designed as a A-B-A single-subject study. Intervention in communication skills of a 13-year-old autistic student in Zhanjiang Special Education School. The results show that the picture exchange communication system has a good effect on improving the communication skills of children with low oral autistic student."
