In terms of Hakka culture, Kaohsiung and Ping-tung Hakka regions are important areas where they retained a lot of words-respecting culture centering on words respect pavilions (Jing Zi Ting) and their features. However, the words-respecting culture is vanishing over time. Drawing information from a questionnaire survey, this study aims to examine local residents' recognition and consciousness of words-respecting culture surrounding words respect pavilions, attempting to propose feasible ways to revitalize and develop words-respecting culture and then to conclude this article. My study findings suggest that through the analysis of the difference in the recognition of words-respecting culture, various background variables related to the attitudes of words-respecting culture and future development of words-respecting culture, plentiful empirical results and novel findings can be obtained and presented for further research. |
