Educational and Professional Backgrounds of theDPP's Political Elites

本文研究主題為民進黨政治菁英的教育及專業背景，對象包括創黨迄今的中央黨部主席、秘書長及中央常務委員與立法院全面改選後的黨團總召集人、幹事長及書記長。主要研究發現為：一、絕大多數（平均為90.46%）的政治菁英擁有大學或研究所的學歷。二、黨主席、秘書長與中常委擁有較高比例的國外留學經驗，占三者總數中的44.19%。三、專業背景方面，整體政治菁英人數中明顯以法政類較多，已占過半數的比例（平均為53.35%）。

The topic of this paper is to study the educational and professional backgrounds of the DPP political elites. These political elites including the Chairmen, Chairwomen, Secretary Generals, Standing Committee Members of the Central Party Centers; and the Conveners, Chief Executives, Chief Secretaries of the Congressional Party in the Legislative Yuan. This paper finds: 1) most of the political elites earned the BA and Graduate School educational background, the average is 90.46%. 2)the Chairmen, Chairwomen, Secretary Generals, Standing Committee Members had the more experiences on study abroad, the average is 44.19%. 3) most of the political elites had the professional backgrounds on law and politics, the average is 53.35.
