Outgoing from home for leisure activities can improve the development of children's physiology, psychology, and interpersonal relationships. However, the Children's Welfare Alliance (2020) survey pointed out that“environment is not friendly”is the major factor of taking their children outgoing from home for leisure activities. Nevertheless, there is lacking discussion about the family friendly environment from now on. The purpose of this paper is that the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) has be used to establish the evaluation indicators of the family environment and using field questionnaire survey to explore whether children's performance has an impact on outgoing from home for leisure activities. The results of this study using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method found that the walking environment should be improved. In addition, though the Binary Logistic Regression Model found that the improvement of the family friendly environment has a significant impact on outgoing from home for leisure activities, and the purpose of parents carrying children out for leisure activities also has a significant impact on children's performance Therefore, the decision-making and planning bureau should strengthen the construction and maintenance of related facilities to establish a better family friendly environment, and the strategy recommendations provided of this study can also be used as a reference for policy formulation. |
