台灣國民教育階段聽障教育類課程綱要的歷史沿革與啟示

The Development of Curriculum Guideline for Students with Hearing Impairement in Taiwan Compulsory Education

台灣國民教育階段聽障教育類課程綱要歷經四次修訂。本文分析四次課綱制定時歷史背景及革新之處，發現：雖然四次課程綱要都以普教課標或課綱為參考，但在處理方式上有所不同，從同中求異到異中求同，再到同中有異，這是融合教育發展的結果，也是對融合教育中遇到問題的回應。其處理經驗可資借鑒。

Curriculum guideline for students with hearing impairement in Taiwan compulsory educationhas been revised for four times. This article analyzes the historical background and innovation of thefour guidlines.Although the four curriculum guidlines refered to general education curriculumguidlines, the treatment methods were different. From different to convergence, it is the result of theintegration educational development, but also a response to problems encountered in the integrationeducation. Its experience can be helpful for reference.
